We had an excellent stay for a week at this hotel. The entire team including the manager Mr.Cletus, Vijay, Akshata, Sudeksha, Rajesh & the housekeeping staff were polite, kind , helpful, and prompt in their services throughout the day. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was good, with different items served daily. The hotel is centrally located with good restaurants and supermarkets close by. Zomato & Swiggy also deliver to the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we would stay here again as well during our next visit.

Excellent place, good service and extremely polite staff. This hotel is in the heart of the city and hence very convenient. The reception staff were outstanding. They were always available to help in any which way they could. Highly recommended in case one need to be in a quite place literally having access to the entire city.

I had reviewed this property in 201& and mentioned that the property was old. The management has renovated the premises and the sheets and the towel. It was a good experience as always. The staff is very friendly. They are on whatsapp and I got the confirmation message. The plus point of this hotel is the vicinity to some very good eateries. The food delivery app are very useful in mangalore. We could heat up the food in the microwave provided.

Me and my friend, absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly and patient. Our room and bathroom were spacious and so neat and clean and we were really comfortable. Reception staff and all the room boys were so polite and attentive and always made sure that all our requests and needs were met. Good food, Great ambience, Good hospitality, Affordable and easily accesible as its located in proper city. If you are looking for a place to stay in Mangalore, this is the place to be!! just go for it..

We had a bulk booking for marriage party . We have found several discrepancies in the manner in which the rooms have been checked in . There are no id proofs taken , no customer signatures taken at the time of check in and check out . The rooms are booked by the bride but no sign of people checking in and out . We only have to rely on your Incomplete records for our billing purposes . As a customer of a bulk booking , this makes our situation difficult to tally . Case in point is the Room 211 was checked in as a single occupancy . It was not double occupancy on 17 th . We have been charged double occupancy on all days Room 212 keys were returned on 18th morning . No one ever checked in on 18th . But double occupancy has been charged from 18th onwards . Two of our bolsters used in the function are in your hotel , the staff have managed to misplace it . It omay be a small article but it shows how insensitive you are about clients articles Trust is the basis of hospitality industry . Despite good room service you have disappointed us . Please treat this as an official feedback . Also apart from that would need to let you know that the room service staff breakfast and all other hospitality is par excellence .
